In 2011, we set out to find the right program manager to manage our prepaid card business. We quickly became dissatisfied with our program manager, the back end technology, and even the speed with which they implemented our first program (it took over two years).
So we became our own program management company to meet our own high standards.
Now, Cascade FinTech’s goal is to provide our banking platform and exceptional services to all our clients. We built a modern technology platform and assembled the best service providers in the industry. We set up our own in-house world class customer service team and have made it our goal to become the best Program Manager in the industry.
